Key Decisions & Highlights
Registration documents were submitted on 3 July 2026; the certificate is expected by August or September 2026.
Office-space options are being explored at Technipole and through the school, with ASPY President Angela following up.
The Official Launching Convention theme was adopted: Engineering Excellence: Partnering for Cameroon and Africa's Sustainable Growth.
A professional event-management company will be contracted for the Official Launching Convention.
The membership-dues deadline remains 31 August 2026 (Working: 35,000 FCFA; Job seeker: 15,000 FCFA; Founding Member: 70,000 FCFA).
An Extraordinary General Assembly will be convened in late September or early October 2026 to present the Convention Instrumentum Laboris and Mentorship Framework.

Resolutions
The General Assembly unanimously adopted the Constitution of ASPY Alumni.
The General Assembly unanimously adopted the By-Laws of ASPY Alumni.
The pioneer Executive Committee shall serve from the date of the Constitutive GA until December 2028.
The pioneer Board of Directors shall serve from the date of the Constitutive GA until December 2030.
Full powers granted to the Executive Committee to carry out all formalities for the official registration and recognition of ASPY Alumni.
The General Assembly unanimously adopted the six-month operational budget of ASPY Alumni.
Approval of the Founding Member status with a minimum one-time contribution of 70,000 FCFA.
Approval of the creation of the Mobilisation, Permanent Secretariat, Official Launching and Mentorship Committees.
